We gladly accept returns for damaged products. Our returns and refund policy is valid for a period of 7 days following the delivery of your purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including being in its original packaging.
To process your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Please note that we only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please send a WhatsApp message to 8089 100 452. You may return the item once your return request has been approved.
Important: Items returned to us without prior approval of a return request will not be accepted.
